Using her proven marketing communication skills, Cachita Challis works with clients to identify either the ideal buyer for a property and how to reach them, or looks for the perfect home for a purchaser following pre-determined requirements.
As a private independent, she works at a much lower commission rate for property sellers than local agents and does not charge commission to purchasers.
Being bi-lingual in English and Spanish also means she can communicate to a broader audience and has quickly developed a trusted network of collaborators who can help as regards financial/mortgage and legal support throughout the buying/selling process, or the refurbishment of an existing property.
